Who are we
FIU-Equality is a partnership between The Danish Metalworkers’ Union (Dansk Metal),  National Federation of Trade Unions in the Service Sector (Serviceforbundet) and The United Federation of Danish Workers (3F).

FIU-Equality develop and offer education, courses, conferences, dialogue meetings and network activities with startingpoint in The Trade Union Movement’s and the international community’s goals about equality. Equality is to be understood in a broad sense and include gender, ethnic minorities, sexuality, disability and religion. The main focus in on gender and ethnic minorities.

FIU-Equality dosn’t have a secretariat in the traditional sense; the development tasks are taken care of by a network of resource persons and passionated people, who have competences, experience and knowledge within the equality field. The purpose of this organisation is to create as many as possible visible and good activities for the fewest resources.
